'I was at a pivotal point where I had to make some big decisions in my life. I was struggling with clarity, mindset and burnout in all the hats I was wearing. I was really burnt out, but I don’t think I realised this as soon as I could have. At the end of my first session I was so excited and I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. It is an honour to you Jodie, that people who barely noticed me have witnessed big changes, up levels and improvements in my mindset and happiness. I have made some huge shifts in my inner world and relationships. I have felt lighter, bubblier and have had the confidence to put myself out there and do the things that I was holding myself back on.
